Adjudication of Economic, Social and Cultural Rights Working Sessions - ISM Kenya
This area of work was created to facilitate communication between and develop tools for organizations and individuals interested in defending ESCR through legal mechanisms. The Meeting provided a forum for the exchange of strategies and updated information on the development of case law related to ESCR, thereby contributing to the continuous development and update of the ESCR-Net Caselaw Database and other projects of this group.
