Alternative written report submitted on behalf of rural women in Gnita, Togo to the UN Committee on CEDAW

FLORAISON, GRADSE and RAPDA-Togo, with the support of FIAN International, submitted an alternative written report on behalf of rural women in Gnita, Togo. The submission was made in October 2012 to the UN Committee on the Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW). Primarily addressed are the right to adequate food, access to education and income generating activities for rural women and girls, land ownership, and healthcare.
