Transforming conflit-affected situations for women". Over the past two years, dozens of ESCR-Net members engaged in cross-network discussions to develop the analytical report “Building sustainable peace. Transforming conflict-affected situations for women.” The report argues that in dealing with conflict-affected situations, it is vital to adopt an intersectional feminist approach via a human rights framework, and provides seven lessons and principles to guide the work in the field.

A lo largo de los dos últimos años, decenas de miembros de la Red-DESC han participado en debates entre redes para elaborar el informe analítico "Construir una paz sostenible. Transformando las situaciones de conflicto para las mujeres". El informe sostiene que, al abordar las situaciones afectadas por los conflictos, es fundamental adoptar un enfoque feminista interseccional a través de un marco de derechos humanos, y ofrece siete lecciones y principios para orientar el trabajo sobre el terreno.

عُقدت سلسلة من الاجتماعات بين الدورات من 13 إلى 29 آذار/مارس 2022 في جنيف، استعدادًا لمؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة الإطارية بشأن تغيّر المناخ في دورته الخامسة عشرة COP 15، قمة التنوّع البيولوجي الرئيسة المقبلة للأمم المتحدة. في هذا الصدد، وجّهت الشبكة العالمية للحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية رسالة جماعية قبيل المحادثات التمهيدية بين الدول، دعت فيها جميع الأطراف في اتفاقية التنوّع البيولوجي إلى اعتماد مقاربة حقوقية بوجه عام، والاعتراف على وجه الخصوص بالحق الشامل في تقرير المصير بما في ذلك الموافقة المسبقة والحرة والمستنيرة، والحق في الأرض وحقوق الحيازة، واحترامها وحمايتها وتعزيزها في الإطار العالمي للتنوّع البيولوجي لما بعد عام 2020 الذي يجري التفاوض بشأنه حاليا، ويُرجح أن يُعتمد في الدورة الخامسة عشرة لمؤتمر الأطراف. ودعت كذلك الحكومات إلى اعتماد "مؤشر حيازة الأرض" مشددةً على أهمية تعزيز الحمايات للمدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان.
Du 13 au 29 mars 2022, des réunions intersessions se sont tenues à Genève avant la COP15, un prochain grand sommet des Nations Unies sur la biodiversité. En amont de ces pourparlers préparatoires entre les États, les membres du Réseau-DESC ont envoyé une lettre collective appelant toutes les Parties à la Convention sur la diversité biologique (CDB) à adopter globalement une approche fondée sur les droits humains, et en particulier à reconnaître, respecter, protéger et promouvoir le droit primordial à l'autodétermination, notamment le consentement libre, préalable et éclairé, le droit à la terre et les droits fonciers dans le cadre mondial de la biodiversité (GBF) pour l’après 2020, qui est actuellement en cours de négociation et susceptible d'être adopté à la COP15. Elle a en outre appelé les gouvernements à adopter un « indicateur de régime foncier » et a souligné l'importance de renforcer la protection des défenseurs-euses des droits humains.
