Race to the Bottom, Take 2 includes nine case studies prepared by members of ECA-Watch. The report also outlines major ECA issues with corresponding proposals. Overall, the report presents a civil society proposal for reforming the OECD Common Approaches on Environment and supports the proposal with 9 case studies of ECA-supported projects from around the world with analysis of human rights violations.
