Alternative report submitted to the UN CEDAW Committee for consideration in relation to the examination of the combined 7th and 8th periodic reports of Hungary

The Hungarian Women’s Lobby (HWL) and the European Roma Rights Centre (ERRC) jointly submitted an alternative report to the UN Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) Committee for consideration. This was executed in relation to the examination of the combined seventh and eighth periodic reports of Hungary. The submission thoroughly explores facets of gender equality like healthcare, employment, education, and participation in public and political life.
