The Committee on the Rights of the Child (CRC), monitors the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child (1989) and its optional protocols, on involvement of children in armed conflict and on sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography.the Committee will consider reports from the following States parties:
a) Under the Convention, the reports of: Dominican Republic, Georgia and Timor Leste.
b) Under the Optional Protocols to the Convention, on the Sale of Children, Child Prostitution and Child Pornography, and on the Involvement of Children in Armed Conflict the reports of: Chile, Kuwait and Timor Leste.
c) Under the Optional Protocol to the Convention, on the Involvement of Children in Armed Conflict, the reports of Germany and Ireland.
Please find attached the revised global Reporting Schedule setting out the State reports received in the Secretariat and tentatively scheduled for consideration in 2007 and 2008, by treaty and session.
