Summer School on the Rights of Minorities & Indigenous Peoples invites all human rights organizations, civil society organizations, law groups, and International & Regional Institutions to the annual summer school on Minority Rights, Indigenous Peoples which will take place on the 18th - 22nd of June 2007 at the Irish Centre for Human Rights, NUI Galway, Galway, Republic of Ireland
The aim of the course is to provide participants with an overview of the legal, political and philosophical issues pertaining to international human rights law and its relationship to minority rights and the rights of indigenous peoples as well as exchange ideas and identify different regimes emphasizing the overall position of minorities and indigenous peoples within human rights law.
