High-level speakers will address NATO's changing role post-9/11 and examine NATO's role in the rendition and torture of terrorist suspects, as well as key issues of accountability, especially in Afghanistan. With experienced and award-winning speakers from a broad range of background, the conference will be a unique platform to debate critical questions on the eve of the 60th Summit.
