The conference will present and analyze the work of the ETO Consortium, a collaborative project of civil society organizations and academic institutions. conceptual and practical application of states' extraterritorial obligations pertaining to Economic, Social and Cultural Rights will be addressed, maintaining a view towards developing authoritative principles on these matters in 2010.
The program will feature speakers on ETOs regarding related themes in the time of globalization, including poverty, trade and development.
