The NGO Coalition for the OP-ICESCR joined Mr. Zeid Ra’ad Al Hussein, United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, and the Group of Friends of the OP-ICESCR to celebrate the second anniversary of the entry into force of the Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (OP-ICESCR).
