List of Issues related to the Second Periodic Report of the People’s Republic of China submitted to CESCR

The Network of Chinese Human Rights Defenders (CHRD) submitted information to the pre-sessional working group of the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (CESCR). This submission was for consideration as a list of issues related to the second periodic report of the People’s Republic of China during the Committee’s 51st Session. Among the primary issues were equal rights of men and women, the right to health, and the right to work.
