Using CEDAW to Secure Women’s Land and Property Rights: A Practical Guide

The Global Initiative for Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (GI-ESCR) published a practical guide on using CEDAW to secure women’s land and property rights. The guide gives an overview of the Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) and key actors, how NGOs can use and engage with CEDAW review process, and an overview of general recommendations.
