Amnesty International (AI), together with the International Corporate Accountability Roundtable (ICAR), announce the launch of a new website for the Commerce, Crime, and Human Rights Project. http://www.commercecrimehumanrights.org. This Project will develop a set of practical principles on how public law (criminal, administrative, regulatory law) can be better used to hold corporations accountable for direct crimes against human rights, or crimes that are linked to human rights abuses.

AI and ICAR invite you to visit the website to learn more about the initiative, to become familiar with its Independent Commission of Experts, and to follow developments in the process. As materials are developed, AI and ICAR will also provide consultation opportunities.
