Link between "Think Tanks" and corporations highlights corporate influence in the U.S.

Spreadsheets from one of the largest independent think tanks in Washington D.C., The Brookings Institution, listed multinational corporations including Microsoft, Wells Fargo and Alcoa as potential donors for their research as well as the potential benefits associated with reports that favorably discuss the operations of each corporate donor. Moreover, the spreadsheets discussed the movement of lobbyists into positions at corporations in order to further corporate agendas.
