Treaty Alliance calls States to participate actively in upcoming negotiations of the international treaty

The Treaty Alliance, co-founded by ESCR-Net, has recently launched a new statement. The new document calls on States to participate constructively in upcoming negotiations of the international treaty and ensure diverse civil society participation, working to stipulate the primacy of human rights over corporate privileges, enhance the protection of affected individuals and communities, and provide access to effective remedies.
