Support to Strategic Litigation

The Strategic Litigation Working Group has supported Economic, Social and Cultural Rights litigation before international and domestic jurisdictions, to strengthen the justiciability of ESCR, stress the principle of indivisibility among rights, further protect the most vulnerable groups in particular societies, and produce progressive normative precedents on ESCR.
