What we do

The PROJECT ON ORGANIZING, DEVELOPMENT, EDUCATION AND RESEARCH [PODER] advocates for corporate transparency and accountability in Latin American countries from a human rights perspective, and works to empower civil society actors affected by corporate practices to serve as the main advocates of accountability in the long term. We monitor human rights abuses committed by corporations. We document industries power and the capture of state in any of its ways. To ensure communities participation, we implement participatory techniques learned from popular education school.
