ECA-Watch

ECA-Watch, an international network of policy, environmental, human rights, and grassroots organizations, works together to reform ECAs and to monitor ECA-supported projects. The campaign goals of ECA-Watch are articulated in the Jakarta Declaration, endorsed by over 300 NGOs in 2000.
