Volume VII of Indigenous Peoples and United Nations Human Rights Bodies: A Compilation of UN Treaty Body Jurisprudence, Special Procedures of the Human Rights Council, contains United Nations human rights bodies’ jurisprudence pertaining to indigenous peoples from 2015 to 2016. This series of publications by the Forest Peoples Programme compiles the concluding observation of UN human rights bodies, such as CERD, CEDAW and CESCR, as well as the advice of the Expert Mechanism on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples and the observations and recommendations of selected Special Procedures of the Human Rights Council, such as Special Rapporteurs and Independent Experts.
