Resource Governance Index (2013)

Summary: The Resource Governance Initiative released its 2013 Resource Governance Index (RGI). It may be of interest to those of you whose monitoring activities address whether states are dedicating maximum available resources to economic and social rights -- and it would be great to hear any feedback on it. The RGI scores and ranks 58 countries based on the quality of governance in their oil, gas and mining sectors.
