On May 23, 2012, ESCR-Net published a Working Paper in close collaboration with the International Council on Human Rights Policy. “Seeding Hope? Land in the International Human Rights Agenda: Challenges and Prospects” represents a contribution by the Network to build on the work of many members to promote a stronger international recognition of human rights issues related to land. The paper emphasizes the need to understand and elevate the demands of social movements struggling to claim a right to land in international advocacy efforts and beyond. The paper is currently available in English and will soon be available in Spanish and Portuguese.
