Submission to CESCR for the implementation of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights

Human Rights in China, in April 2013, made a submission to the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (CESCR). The submission suggested questions and issues to be raised with the government of the People’s Republic of China in advance of the review of its second report on the implementation of the International Covenant  on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. Among the issues addressed was the right to work.
