المحكمة العليا في سوازيلند تُعزز حقوق المرأة في الملكية

اقترن نومبويسلو سيهلونغونيان ومهولي جوزيف سيهلونغونيان في طقوس مدنية على أساس الملكية المشتركة.[1] في كانون الثاني/يناير 2013، تقدمت سيهلونغونيان بدعوى أمام المحكمة العليا في سوازيلند (المحكمة العليا) تُطالب فيها باستبعاد زوجها من إدارة الملكية المشتركة بحجة الخيانة وسوء إدارته للملكية.

En février 2016, une femme rom a accouché dans un hôpital public à Miskolc, dans le Nord-Est de la Hongrie.  Pendant l’accouchement, elle a crié de douleur et la sage-femme lui a crié « si tu hurles encore une fois, je te pousse l’oreiller dans le visage. » Quand la femme s’est excusée, le médecin lui a dit : « si tu avais crié une fois de plus, j’aurais appelé le psychiatre pour qu’il emporte ton enfant et tu n’aurais pas reçu la prestation pour enfant, car de toute façon, vous les gitans, vous ne donnez naissance que pour l’argent ! »

En febrero de 2016, una mujer romaní dio a luz en un hospital público de Miskolc, al nordeste de Hungría. Mientras gritaba de dolor durante el parto, la partera le gritó “si vuelves a gritar te tapo la cara con la almohada”. Cuando la mujer pidió disculpas, el médico le dijo: “si hubieras gritado otra vez hubiera llamado al psiquiatra para que te quiten el bebé y no recibirías beneficios por hijo, porque, igual, ¡ustedes las gitanas solo vienen a parir por el dinero!”.

Hungary upholds Romani women’s right to equality in health institutions

In February 2016, a Romani woman gave birth a public hospital in Miskolc, north-eastern Hungary. During labour she cried out with pain and the midwife yelled at her “if you shout once more I will push the pillow into your face”. When the woman apologised, the doctor said to her “if you had shouted once more I would have called the psychiatrist to take away child away and then you wouldn’t receive Child Benefit, because anyway, you gypsies give birth only for the money!”
