The mission of the Observatoire Congolais Des Droits de l'homme (OCDH) is to promote, protect and defend human rights, rule of law and democracy. The organization focuses its efforts on governance, vulnerable peoples' rights (women, children, refugees, indigenous peoples) liitigation, training and education in law, peace and democracy, and protection.
