The Strategic Litigation Working Group (SLWG) seeks to advance access to justice for economic, social, cultural and environmental Rights (ESCER) within domestic, regional, and international systems by undertaking collective casework, promoting the implementation of positive decisions, contributing toward institutional strengthening of justice mechanisms, gathering members and allies for thematic discussions, and making noteworthy jurisprudence available to advocates.
