Clínica de litigio estratégico de derechos humanos (Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales, de la Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo) (CLEDH)

The Clinic provides legal assistance to marginalized and vulnerable people who have had their ESCR violated. They do so through strategic litigation mainly before the federal constitutional court. Furthermore, they work on disseminating information and training on the use of judicial enforcement of ESCR.

Their work covers multiple of themes, including the right to non-discrimination, reproductive rights, right to education, the rights of people with disabilities, access to health, the right to water and the right to housing.
