Housing and Land Rights Network (HLRN)

Housing and Land Rights Network (HLRN) is an Indian organization that works mainly on the human rights to adequate housing and land, including making sure that individuals and communities have a safe and secure place to live in peace and dignity. A particular focus of its work is on promoting and protecting the equal rights of women to adequate housing, land, property, and inheritance. It does this through advocacy, research, human rights education, and network-building at local, national, and international levels. It is important to note that HLRN India is independent of the global organization with the same name (the wider international HLRN).
