Economic, social and cultural rights are the rights of everyday life, for all of us. They include the right to food, housing, work, social security, health, and education. Protecting economic, social, and cultural rights is essential in creating a fairer and more just society. That is why for over 10 years Just Fair has championed these rights, and focused on those who are disproportionately affected by rights violations. In collaboration with partners across the UK and internationally, we bring social justice and human rights together, leading ground-breaking research and campaigns to ensure that UK law, policy and practice complies with domestic and international human rights obligations. We are proud to be at the forefront of a growing movement for the better recognition and protection of ESCR in the UK.
