Sanam Amin

Sanam Amin has been an active in the Women and ESCR, Corporate Accountability and the Economic Policy Working Groups during her previous role at APWLD, a member organization. Following her departure from the organization, she continued to engage with members in her own individual capacity, particularly through the EPWG. Most recently, Amin co-led the Women’s Global Strike campaign in partnership with fellow ESCR-Net members (coordinated by the Women and ESCR Working Group), Women’s March Global and many others. Currently Amin is an active member of the Feminist COVID-19 Response Collective, supporting the coordination of meetings, advocacy, as well as production of documents such as WEDO’s Financing in Common brief. She is also a member of the Women’s Rights Caucus on CSW and AWID.
