Felipe is the coordinator of the Strategic Litigation Working Group. A human rights lawyer, he has worked at the intersection of international human rights, social justice, territory, popular education, and social movements. Prior to ESCR-Net, he explored non-dominant approaches to law as associate director of Global Programs at Movement Law Lab, as a lawyer with human rights organizations and agencies in Argentina, and through teaching at Argentine public universities. He has supported international solidarity campaigns, network-building of movement lawyers, delegations to UN and movement-created forums, and has designed transnational and domestic legal advocacy and litigation on issues of housing, evictions, informal settlements, migration, anti-racism, and democracy.
