The Asian-Pacific Resource and Research Centre for Women (ARROW)

ARROW works towards an equal, just, and equitable world that enables all women to be equal citizens in all aspects of their lives, and that protects and advances their sexual and reproductive health and rights. ARROW promotes and defends women’s rights and their needs, particularly in the areas of health and sexuality, and reaffirms their agency to claim these rights. Their work is four-fold: Information and communications, monitoring and research, building partnerships, and organizational development.

ARROW does its work through several approaches, including monitoring and evidence generation for change, mobilizing communities for sexual and reproductive rights accountability, generating information and communication for change, and regional and international advocacy.

ARROW works through our partners in several countries all over the world, including Bangladesh, Burma/Myanmar, Cambodia, China, Egypt, Fiji, India, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Maldives, Mexico, Morocco, Nepal, Pakistan, The Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam. Also through their information communication materials and resources on SRHR, ARROW has a wide reach throughout Asia-Pacific.
