The Instituto de Liderazgo Simone de Beauvoir (ILSB)'s mission is to contribute to the construction of a democratic society of rights and freedoms through knowledge, innovation, and the formation of leadership with a social commitment and a gender and multicultural perspective. The ILSP is reflected in the phrase “knowledge for transformation.”

It seeks to position itself as a trustworthy reference point at the national and regional level, achieving a critical mass of leaders that actively participate and that are promoting innovative practices to transform the country’s realities of discrimination and inequality.
