Sindicato Obreros Curtidores de la Republica Argentina (SOCRA) is a national labor union of leather workers. They work to promote both collective and individual labor rights for workers in their industry through advocacy, campaigning and capacity developments of workers as well as negotiating collective agreements to improve working conditions. Likewise, SOCRA works to address salary gaps based on gender.
