The Posco Pratirodh Sangram Samiti (PPSS) — also known as the Anti-POSCO People’s Movement — strives to defend the human rights, lands, livelihoods, and protection of the environment of the communities affected by the POSCO project in Odisha, India by engaging in a sustained, grassroots resistance to the acquisition of their lands and forced evictions for the POSCO project.
