La Colectiva Feminista en Construcción also known as La Cole (Feminist Collective in Construction) is a political organization that comes from the legacy of decolonial and black feminism, founded in 2014. They are organized through black feminism taking into consideration the different ways of oppression women go through (racism, gender violence, classism, xenophobia and homophobia). These are all manifestations of a system that produces inequality. As a strategy, La Cole denounces the ways in which States sustain these systems of oppression. They do this through political education, denouncement, mobilization and direct action, as well as articulation of strategic alliances with other sectors, the creation of public policy alternatives and the creation of a resistance culture.
