We are excited to announce our new image—a deep transformation that better reflects our shared mission and vision. Since 2003, our logo has represented the global character of a Network uniting 300 social movements, organizations, and human rights defenders from around the world. Today, our image has been refreshed to also reflect our collective strength to build alternative futures.

The convergence of multiple interconnected crises, coupled with dominant narratives that impose a single, hegemonic path forward, compels us to challenge these prevailing stories. We are strengthening our capacity to envision, shape, and communicate alternative futures.

Our new, brighter, and bolder identity honors the communities worldwide resisting unjust systems and helps craft and amplify our collective narratives.

What’s New?
Our Logo

Designed by Le-Aperitif, our new logo challenges the dominant worldview rooted in capitalist, racist and patriarchal systems. The innovative proposal draws inspiration from diverse cartographic projections of the world, ultimately proposing not just a single logo, but one that transforms. In this way, the new logo conveys both our collective power to shape the world and the diversity of perspectives within our Network.

We have a new website!

Our collaboration with studio Suite1317 has resulted in a fully redesigned, multilingual site with a clearer, more intuitive structure, and new features. We have completely revamped our website to better and more fluidly communicate the complexities of the issues we focus on and the collective work led by our members globally. This transformation enhances our ability to convey our mission and engage a broader audience in advancing human and environmental rights.

This rebrand is not just a change in appearance—it’s a reaffirmation of ESCR-Net’s member-led mission. You’ll start to see the new identity across all our platforms, from our website to our social media channels, printed materials, and more. While our look has evolved, our core values and commitment to human rights remain the same.

We invite you to explore our new website and social media platforms, learn more about the thinking behind our rebrand, and share your feedback at communications@escr-net.org.
