A public letter addressed to the President of the Supreme Court of Justice of Honduras calls for an immediate end to the criminalization of five human rights defenders from the Black Fraternal Organization of Honduras (OFRANEH) and for the full implementation of the judgments of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (IACtHR) protecting the territorial rights of the Garifuna people. Amid continued State inaction, OFRANEH has set up an indefinite resistance camp outside Honduras’ Supreme Court of Justice to demand action.
