The Theme for the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty in 2007 is People Living in Poverty as Agents of Change: 20th Anniversary of the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty. A number of events are planned for that day.The organizers are the UN Department on Economic and Social Affairs, the Millenium Development Goals, the movement Stand up and Speak Out and the International Movement ATD Fourth World.
