We invite you to a conversation that aims to amplify rural women and girls’ unique experiences and challenges with regards to corporate-related human rights abuses, with a focus on women human rights defenders in rural areas. The event will consider the important effects women’s political participation has on the accountability, promotion, and protection of human rights; and assess the critical role multilateralism holds in better serving the needs of rural women and girls.
