Opportunity: OHCHR seeking input into a draft set of Indicators on freedoms of association and peaceful assembly (by Jan 31, 2015)

The Civil Society Section of the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) is seeking feedback on a draft set indicators on freedoms of peaceful assembly and association that it is currently developing. Comments should be sent to civilsociety@ohchr.org by 31 January 2015. This work is part of OHCHR's wider efforts in developing human rights indicators and supporting the integration and measurement of human rights at national and international levels, including in the context of the Post-2015 development agenda. Human rights indicators are essential tools in the implementation of human rights standards and commitments, supporting policy formulation, impact assessment and transparency.
