Stopping Corporate Capture

Corporate capture refers to how an economic elite undermines the realization of human rights and the environment by exerting influence over domestic and international decision-makers and public institutions. Through this project, we work to create political education tools, develop communications strategies and resources that would popularize the concept of corporate capture, and illustrate how it manifests in our day-to-day advocacy and human rights activity. We also work to highlight modes of resistance to corporate capture and provide analysis of key steps necessary to create alternatives to our current multilateral, regional, and national systems of decision-making.
