For the last several years, ESCR-Net members have been highlighting several key issues that must be addressed in the Legally Binding Instrument (LBI). While we acknowledge that some of our demands have been taken into consideration in revised draft texts of the LBI, there are some fundamental issues that remain inadequately addressed in the draft text.
