Take Action to Stop the Genocide in Palestine: Demand the ICC Arrest Netanyahu, Herzog, Gallant Immediately!

On 8 November ESCR-Net Members and allies Al-Haq, Al-Mezan, and the Palestinian Center for Human Rights, submitted a lawsuit to the International Criminal Court (ICC) calling for the court's urgent attention to the raging genocide in Gaza, emphasizing the continuous barrage of Israeli airstrikes on densely populated civilian areas within the Gaza Strip, the suffocating siege imposed on this territory, the forced displacement of its population, the use of toxic gas, and the denial of necessities, such as food, water, fuel, and electricity.
We echo their submission and uplift their call for immediate action by the ICC prosecutors. We invite you to join us and add your signature to this collective letter in solidarity with Al-Haq and Al-Mezan.
