The Roma Center Skopje submitted a Commentary on the realization of the Romani women rights with focus on the 2006 CEDAW Committee Recommendations No. 28 in January 2013. The detailed submission was made to the UN Committee on the Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW). While there is commentary on a spectrum of cross-cutting issues like health and education, the submission focuses on the progress made by the Government of Macedonia since 2006 in implementing effective measures as recommended by the CEDAW Committee.
